Aaron LaBerge, CEO & co-founder
Before co-founding Fanzter, Aaron served as senior vice president, technology & product development at ESPN. He was responsible for all consumer-facing technology development for the company. As an integral leader in the creation and growth of ESPN.com, Aaron was responsible for many of the site’s most pioneering products (GameCast, ESPN Motion) and played a leading role in establishing its position as a leader in new technology. Aaron received a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.

Eric Kirsten, EVP & co-founder
Eric is a serial entrepreneur, having been a founder and director for TrueChat, Inc. (acquired by Terayon Communications), and Ames Seminars. He also served as VP, Business Development for AT&T Broadband and as a Creative Executive at Universal Pictures. Eric currently sits on the advisory boards of MyWaves, Inc. and Sara Happ Cosmetics. He is a graduate of Duke University and Georgetown Law School.

Sujal Shah, Vice President, Technology
Sujal Shah brings over 10 years of software development experience to Fanzter. Throughout his career he has helped startups, government agencies, and media companies take advantage of technology to build the best customer experiences. This trend has continued from his early career where he helped the Maryland State Archives put their first collection online to his recent work at ESPN, where he built their first zero-refresh, zero-polling updating scoreboards. Prior to joining ESPN.com, Sujal was part of the R&D and M&A support teams at Progress Software Corporation. Sujal holds a B.A. in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University.

Aaron Weyenberg, Creative Director
Aaron joined Fanzter having served most recently as Art Director at ESPN New Media, where he was instrumental in advancing ESPN.com's design standards and special projects. Prior to ESPN, Aaron brought his creative and technical sense to Colorado's top design agencies, leading interactive projects for Steamboat Ski & Resort, Spyder Active Sports, HP, and Warren Miller Films. He studied Computer Science, Engineering and Design, and holds a B.S. in Technical Communication from Michigan Tech.
