Rusty Rueff

Rusty joined SNOCAP as CEO in 2005. SNOCAP is the world's first end-to-end solution for digital licensing and copyright management services empowering record labels and individual artists to monetize their digital creations on popular sites such as MySpace. Prior Rusty was Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Electronic Arts (EA). Joining EA in 1998, he was responsible for global Human Resources, Talent Management, Corporate Services and Facilities, Corporate Communications, and Government Affairs, reporting to EA's Chairman and CEO. EA is the world's largest, and leading, interactive entertainment software company. In 2003, Fortune Magazine named EA one of the "Top 100 Places to Work For" in the United States. Prior to joining EA, Rusty held positions with the PepsiCo companies for over 10 years. He concluded his career with PepsiCo as Vice President, International Human Resources. Prior to his tenure with PepsiCo, Rusty spent two years with the Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies. In addition, he spent six years in commercial radio as an on-air personality. He holds an M.S. degree in Counseling, and a B.A. degree in Radio and Television from Purdue University. Rusty was given the honor in 2003 of being named a Distinguished Purdue Alumni. Rusty and his wife are the named benefactors of Purdue's Patti and Rusty Rueff Department of Visual and Performing Arts. Rusty currently serves on the Corporate Boards of SNOCAP, and ItzBig, Inc. He is an Executive Trustee of San Francisco based American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.). He is also on the board of The Grammy Foundation and is the majority owner of R-Squared Stables, based at Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY. Rusty is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS). He is also the co-author of Talent Force: A New Manifesto for the Human Side of Business (Prentice-Hall 2006). Rusty and his wife, Patti, reside in Hillsborough, CA.

Deborah Barber

Deborah Barber is a principal with the Jackson Hole Group, a consulting practice focused on Human Capital Management. Deborah brings 25 year experience in senior human resources and corporate services management, leading organizations through dynamic growth and transformation and building business-oriented, high-impact human resource organizations. Deborah was previously SVP of human resources at Aspect Communications and also served in senior human resources roles at Quantum Corporation, Cray Research Inc. and Honeywell. She is currently on the Board for the American Leadership Forum and Facing History and Ourselves. She is past recipient of the Human Resource Symposium's Excellence Award for leadership in human resources in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Stacie Blair

Stacie is founder and CEO of the Pacific Firm, a Berkeley-based executive search and management recruiting firm. With a 15-year career in executive recruiting and research, Stacie has experience supporting a broad range of corporate clients, including Fortune 100 companies and early stage start-ups in their recruitment efforts at all levels. She specializes in technology, consumer products, retail and financial services industries. Her firm has been ranked in the top 5 of Bay Area retained executive search firms and Stacie was ranked among the Top 100 women owned businesses by the San Francisco Business Times.

Jana Rich

Jana leads the global Media, Entertainment and Convergence Practice of Russell Reynolds Associates, a global executive search and management recruiting firm. With a more than 12-year career in executive recruiting, Jana brings experience supporting a broad range of clients in the consumer and technology sectors. Previously, Jana was a consultant with Swander Pace & Co., a leading management consulting firm, and Coopers & Lybrand, where she developed human resource strategies for its emerging management consulting practice.
