Aaron Finn, President & CEO
Prior to AdReady, 2004 through 2006, Aaron was the Founder and President of ia Interactive Inc, a traditional online advertising agency and consultant to technology and consumer businesses. Previously, Aaron was a founding executive of Classmates Online where he served as VP of Customer Acquisition and Business Reporting & Analytics. From 1999 through 2004 Aaron had full responsibility for growing and managing Classmates customer acquisition programs and online marketing budget that during his tenure consistently ranked as one of the 10 largest in the world. Prior to Classmates Aaron was involved in the commercial banking industry and held various roles from analyst to Vice President. Aaron holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Iowa.

Mark Feldman, Senior Vice President, Sales and Business Development
Mark was Vice President of Network Development at AOL before joining AdReady. He directs AdReady's revenue initiatives, manages the sales organization and builds partnerships with leading online publishers. In addition, Mark oversees AdReady's corporate development activities. At AOL, he was responsible for evaluating and closing strategic business relationships with leading technology companies, publisher partners and advertisers. Mark also played an instrumental role in shaping AOL's network strategy, resulting in a string of acquisitions (Tacoda, Quigo, Third Screen Media, and AdTech) and the formation of AOL's Platform A division. During his eight year tenure at AOL, Mark led business development efforts on behalf of multiple AOL business units including MapQuest, AIM/ICQ, Search, Marketing, Product, and Advertising Operations. Prior to AOL, Mark practiced law at Latham & Watkins, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate representation. He received a law degree from the Boston College School of Law.

Eric Kolve, CTO
Prior to AdReady, Eric was a Principal Software Engineer at Classmates Online where he led or was involved in most of the large scale, mission-critical development initiatives at the Company. He was Lead Developer/Architect for scalability and architecture initiatives including the two year project porting the entire site platform from a Perl environment to Java. Eric also designed and implemented key components of Classmates' sell-side ad server, supporting dynamic delivery of ads on the website. He designed the secure credit card storage system used for Classmates' subscription services, session management that allowed the website to scale horizontally, and he was responsible for technical integration of Classmates' various acquisitions. Previously, Eric served as Co-Founder and CTO of ListPool.com, a site for storing and sharing user-generated lists. Eric is an avid supporter and user of open source software and emerging technologies, including AJAX and Ruby.

Jamie Lomas, Vice President, Sales & Strategic Partnerships
Jamie brings over 14 years of experience in online media sales, business development, and marketing. Before joining AdReady, Jamie was Vice President of National Sales, for United Online, inc (NASD: UNTD), where he was responsible for US online media revenue for the company. Prior to United Online, Jamie managed the online media business unit for Classmates.com. Early in his career, Jamie worked in business development and product management for Internap Network Services (NASD: IIP). From 1994 to 1999, he worked in a variety of sales and marketing roles with Visio Corporation (acquired by Microsoft). Jamie graduated with a BA in economics from the University of Washington and currently serves on the Broadband, Sponsorship and Terms and Conditions Committees for the Internet Advertising Bureau. In addition, he has been a guest lecturer on the UWTV television network and has participated as a speaker in many industry events.

Saleel Sathe, Vice President, Product Management
Saleel develops product strategy and guides innovative products from conception to launch for AdReady. Previously, he was the Director of Product Management for Microsoft's adCenter, where he oversaw the contextual advertising product, ‘Content Ads', and the Microsoft publisher program. Prior to Microsoft, Saleel led product management and marketing for paid inclusion services at AltaVista and later at Overture. He also managed Overture's long-term strategy to increase revenue by improving relevance through a better balance of paid and unpaid search results. Saleel holds an MBA in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MS in computer engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

David Sliwa, Vice President, Software Engineering
David has ten years experience developing large scale database applications. Most recently, he served as Development Manager at Classmates Online where he designed and developed the Company's advertising referral database that tracks performance across 400 advertisers and 20,000 advertising sources simultaneously. David also managed the team of engineers who architected, developed and maintained Classmates' core email functionality. Distributing and managing seven million emails each day, the system is one of the largest on the Net. Most recently, his team was leading the implementation of a data warehouse engine to support Classmates' content aggregation and distribution initiatives rapidly and efficiently across 100 million registered members. Previously, David served as Co-Founder of ListPool.com, a site for storing and sharing user-generated lists. David has a BA in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa.

Tom Wilson, Vice President, Creative & Client Operations
Prior to joining Adready, Tom led online customer acquisition efforts for several products for United Online. His focus was on managing a small team to achieve strict campaign performance goals. Tom's experience has been across multiple online marketing channels, including display ads on Networks and Portals, Search PPC, Organic SEO, and Affiliate campaigns. He has worked extensively on developing customized third party ad serving and targeting solutions. Over the last 5 years, Tom has managed the successful execution of over $100 million dollars in online marketing. He is currently working to publish a research paper on the role of complimentary resources in creating advantages for businesses. Tom earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Iowa. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and with Honors with an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
