Pete Cartwright, Co-Founder / CEO / Director

Mr. Cartwright has developed and built power plants in the United States and internationally employing a wide range of technologies. Mr. Cartwright is recognized as an environmental leader in the power industry. He is an engineering graduate of Princeton and Columbia Universities. During his years at General Electric he managed nuclear power plant projects and nuclear power technology programs in Asia, Latin America and Europe. He founded Calpine in 1984. While he was CEO, Calpine grew from a startup company to a $19 billion business that owned over 25,000 MW of gas-fired power plants and the world's largest geothermal facility.

Charles Clark, CFO

Mr. Clark has nearly thirty years of finance and accounting experience in the energy sector. He was SVP and Chief Accounting Officer at Calpine Corporation from 1999 to May 2008, and prior to that, Vice President and CFO of Century Contractors West Inc., a constructor of electric power plants which was owned during part of Mr. Clark�s time there by Kennetech Corporation, a wind power company. He graduated from Duke University with an undergraduate degree in mathematics and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Tom Mason, Co-Founder / President / Director

Mr. Mason is a recognized expert in power generation and in gas turbine technology. At Calpine he was Executive Vice President and President of Calpine Power Company, responsible for operation and maintenance of the largest fleet of gas-fired power plants in the world and the nation's largest geothermal facility. He was President and COO of CalEnergy (MidAmerican Energy) and was with Solar Gas Turbines and Commonwealth Edison. He is an engineering graduate of Purdue University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago.
