Jay Fulcher, President/CEO

Agile Software, Chief Operating Officer, President Jay B. Fulcher serves as Agile's President and COO. In this role, Mr. Fulcher is responsible for sales, marketing, and services execution, and partners closely with Agile CEO Bryan Stolle on the company's strategy and corporate direction. Mr. Fulcher's career spans nearly 20 years in senior management roles in field operations, sales, marketing, and professional services at leading enterprise software companies including SAP, Red Pepper Software, and PeopleSoft. At PeopleSoft, Mr. Fulcher served as President of the Products Division, and then as EVP of PeopleSoft Global Services, a $1 billion enterprise with nearly 4,000 employees worldwide.

Chris Wong, EVP Corporate Strategy

Chris is a proven and highly-regarded strategist in the enterprise software industry. Over the past 25 years, Chris has held a variety of senior management positions and helped chart and participate in the execution of some of the most successful technology companies in Silicon Valley. He has extensive M&A and business development experience; leveraging a vast network of business partners and resources.

Most recently, Chris has served as the CEO for PathConnect, a private new media company. Prior to PathConnect, he was the EVP and Chief Product Officer for Agile Software which was acquired by Oracle in July 2007. Previous to Agile, Chris was responsible for charting the strategic direction for product- and technology-related initiatives and activities at PeopleSoft as the Vice President of Products and Technology Strategy. Additionally, as the chairman, CEO, and Founder of SkillsVillage, Inc. he led a start-up company from its inception to acquisition by PeopleSoft in June 2001. He is active on a number of boards including Compass Life Designs, the Make The Difference Network, the Joint US-China Cooperation on Clean Energy (JUCCCE), Pet Central Media, SkiSpace.com, PixBlitz Studios, and Orb Media.

Joe Hage, SVP Division GM

Joe Hage is co-founder of Universant and has served as its chairman of the board since the company’s inception in 2006. Mr. Hage’s career spans more than 28 years in the software industry – 8 of which were in software startup environments – where he held various positions in executive leadership, software development, project management, product management, consulting, sales, and marketing.

Prior to Universant, Mr. Hage spent 9 years at Agile Software, a product lifecycle management enterprise software company in San Jose, CA, where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the SME Solutions Division, Senior Vice President of Products and Technology, and Vice President of Corporate Marketing and eServices.

Prior to Agile, Mr. Hage held leadership positions at Starfish Software, Novell, Borland, Prime Computer, Data General, and Honeywell in the U.S., Canada, and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Mr. Hage is also an advisory board member for numerous startups, an active entrepreneur and angel investor in Silicon Valley, and a partner with PacRim Venture Partners.

Mr. Hage holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.

Klaus-Dieter Laidig

Klaus-Dieter Laidig has served as a director of Agile since 1999. Mr. Laidig has been Managing Partner of Laidig Business Consulting GmbH since 1998. From 1967 to 1997 Laidig worked for Hewlett-Packard in Europe. From 1984 to 1997 he served as General Manager of Hewlett-Packard GmbH, Germany and has been instrumental in building HP´s Computer Systems Business in Europe. Mr. Laidig currently serves as a director of varetis AG, Heiler Software AG, Mach HiTech AG, Latitude Communications and several privately held companies. Mr. Laidig received an M.B.A. from the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences.

Joseph Prang

Joe Prang is a "Mentor Capitalist" and founder of the Mentor Capital Group LLC (MCG), which is focused on enterprise software companies. Joe has over 20 years operating experience in software and services business models, including multiple initial and secondary public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, spinoffs, etc. Mentor Capital Group's investment portfolio represents the major software infrastructure elements to eBusiness including - selling, content management, community development, globalization, collaboration, contracts, transactions, etc. MCG partners with leading Venture Capital firms in its investments in portfolio companies. Joe is on the Board of Directors of Cardonet (Chairman), Assentive Solutions(Chairman), Metreo, and Uniscape. He is on the Advisory Boards of Agile Software, diCarta, and Worldchain. Previously, he was a board member of Epic Design (acquired by Synopsys), Omniview (acquired by Viewlogic), SupplyBase (acquired by i2), and Rightworks (acquired by i2).

Joe's operating experience comes from executive roles in three highly successful ventures, where in all cases the company emerged as the market leader during his tenure: President and COO of Aspect Development directing top line growth from $4M to $100M, 19 quarters of above consensus expectation performance, etc; President of the Systems Division of Cadence Design, orchestrating a turn around from 8th to the market leadership position in System Level EDA; GM of the Production Systems Division of GenRad, directing five year growth from $1M to $140M, 40 % market share, and the highest margins in company history. Joe holds a B.S. in Engineering Technology and a M.S. in Management from Purdue University. He lives in Saratoga with his wife Linda and their four children.

Paul Wahl

Paul Wahl has been a director of Agile since June 2002. Mr. Wahl served as president and COO of Siebel Systems Inc., a leading provider of e-Business application solutions, from April 1999 to March 2003. Previous to Siebel, Mr. Wahl served as the CEO and president of TriStrata, an Internet security company and CEO of SAP America, Inc. In addition, Mr. Wahl was an executive board member of SAP AG. During his tenure at SAP, Mr. Wahl oversaw operations in North, South, and Central America, as well as worldwide marketing and partner relationships. Mr. Wahl also helped guide product development, was responsible for introducing R/3 worldwide and grew SAP America, Inc. to be the most profitable division of the world-renowned software company.

James Wei

ames Wei focuses on connecting the technology innovation and dynamism of U.S. start-ups with rapidly growing markets and partnering opportunities around the world. During his 12 years of technology investing, James has helped build leaders in semiconductor and communications markets. He was recently named one of Forbes Magazine's Top 100 Venture Capitalists. He has led or co-led successful investments in companies that include AFC, Catena Networks, Ciena, CommQuest, Corvis, Cosine, Mirapoint, MMC, NeoMagic, NVIDIA, Oplink, Silicon Spice, Tellium and Tivoli. James currently serves on the Boards of Directors of 3ParData, Cogent Communications, Commverge Solutions, Force10 Networks, Movaz Networks, ONStor, Stretch, Tensilica and XHP.

Before founding Worldview, James was a Fund Manager at JAFCO, where he sponsored investments and created Asian business development strategies for U.S. technology companies. Prior to JAFCO, he held engineering positions at Sony and IBM. He is a founder and an investment committee member of Meritech Capital, a late-stage information technology fund with $1.8 billion under management. James holds a B.S. degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.

Bryan Stolle

Bryan D. Stolle is a co-founder of Agile and has served as a member of the Agile board of directors since its inception in March 1995. Mr. Stolle also served as Agile CEO through April 2006. Prior to founding Agile, Mr. Stolle served in various marketing roles at Sherpa Corporation, a developer of enterprise product data management software and Rexcom Systems, a software company co-founded by Mr. Stolle. Mr. Stolle holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Stolle is a visionary and pioneer in the PLM industry, and has been featured in numerous leading business publications. Mr. Stolle is a popular speaker on the topics of PLM and enterprise product strategy.
