A Word from Tom
"Starting and running young companies is hard. A young company team must develop trust in itself and in its ability to execute in the market — it must stand for excellence and clarity in every aspect of what it does. A lot of the things I am proudest of — coaching, team-building, facilitating deals — are all about having been there before and helping teams develop themselves. Like everyone here at InterWest, I'm not confused about who is the star of the show and who creates value: it's the team. I just think our experience and approach make us a superior partner to help turn potential into success."
