Effective QA requires testing both "Execution" and "Validation" components, but validation components make up more than 75% of the total testing effort. Most QA software which calls itself "automation" software focus only or primarily on the Execution Components. Arsin's Effecta is true QA automation for both "Execution" and "Validation" components. As a real automation solution Arsin's Effecta generates audit trackable, repeatable and easily scaleable QA test results. Using Effecta, the validation of standard SAP ERP transactions and custom objects including custom processing programs and inbound/outbound interfaces, support both flat file and IDOC based real time and batch interfaces. Effecta enables the creation of configurable and extensible validation components for automated testing of all SAP ERP business objects. Effecta also includes SAP ERP production support and upgrade testing utilities, such as document comparison across systems. Document comparison and validation is highly configurable and accelerates the testing of production support changes, support packs and upgrades. Additionally, Effecta provides extensive tracking and reporting of test results. |
