Has anyone been able to get responses from Blastgroups in response to bugs and queries?
I have tried a number of times and never get a response. The bugs are pretty serious i.e. people can´t join the group, I see requests in my inbox but can´t open them, etc....
Is the co in financial trouble?
any news gratefully received.

Bugs, Service and Silence.

Hi there,
Has anyone been able to get responses from Blastgroups in response to bugs and queries?
I have tried a number of times and never get a response. The bugs are pretty serious i.e. people can´t join the group, I see requests in my inbox but can´t open them, etc....
Is the co in financial trouble?
any news gratefully received.
