Vinesha has over 9 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry with increasing responsibilities at Siemens, Nortel, Motorola & TELUS. She managed several large-scale wireless projects from project initiation to post launch support. She has worked with cross-functional teams across North America, Europe, Middle East and Asia in a matrixed organization. She has extensive consulting experience with wireless operators and equipment manufacturers.

Vinesha was the first person at Motorola Toronto Design Center to achieve six-sigma Green Belt certification and one of eight people selected by the Senior Vice President to become a Black Belt consultant at the division level.

Vinesha is a Professional Engineer who holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering (B.A.Sc.) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Yiping Ye, Co-founder

Yiping has more than 10 years of experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunication industry. He is a versatile, resourceful software architect and a technical lead. He successfully lead the development of several wireless network and mobile device related projects for North American and European wireless operators. He is an expert on building a development team from scratch and delivering innovative solutions for customers' needs. Yiping holds a Bachelors degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering.
