Anthony Zingale
Tony Zingale – Most recently, Mr. Zingale served as President and CEO of Mercury Interactive, one of the largest software testing companies in the world. By leveraging Mercury’s BTO strategy he successfully grew the company to more than $1B in annual sales, then engineered a $5 Billion merger with HP in 2006. Prior to Mercury, Mr. Zingale was President and CEO of Clarify, which was acquired by Nortel Networks in 2000. Mr. Zingale brings more than 30 years of experience building profitable, high growth IT companies to Coverity.
Aki Fujimura
Aki Fujimura – Mr. Fujimura is Chairman/CEO of D2S, Inc. Previously, Mr. Fujimura has served as CTO at Cadence Design Systems. He returned to Cadence for a second time through the acquisition of Simplex Solutions, where he was President/COO. Prior to Simplex, Mr. Fujimura was an inside board member and VP at Pure Software. Both Simplex and Pure executed initial public offerings during his tenure.
Paul Holland
Paul brings with him the veteran knowledge of working with and aiding technology start-ups in their earliest stages. His primary focus has been the development and acceleration of enterprise software companies. He has a compelling professional profile that is highlighted by his role in taking two venture-funded software start-ups, Kana Communications (KANA), and Pure Software (RATL), public.
Prior to becoming a general partner at Foundation Capital, Paul was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Kana Communications, joining them in 1997 as their 15th team member and increasing their sales over 5000% in just three years. At Kana, a leading supplier of Enterprise Relationship Management solutions to strategic e-businesses, Paul went on to build a team of over 350 people that secured more than 900 customers worldwide, and with Paul's help they were listed among the top ten IPOs of 1999. Before Kana, Paul helped grow revenues for another highly successful start-up, Pure Software, bringing them from a market value of $2 million to over $1 billion in his five year tenure there as vice president and general manager. They had the second most successful IPO of 1995 and were later acquired by Rational Software. He began his professional career at SRI International (formerly the Stanford Research Institute) Paul currently serves on the board of directors for Talking Blocks, manageStar and Ketera.
Mike Schuh
Mike Schuh joined Foundation Capital in 1998. He has more than 30 years of experience in the software industry and has held executive positions in sales and marketing in several key industries: mechanical and electronic design automation and enterprise software. Prior to joining Foundation, Mike was a founder and CEO of Intrinsa Corporation, a leading supplier of productivity solutions for software development organizations. Prior to this he held executive sales positions with Clarify, Cadence Design Systems, Voysys Corporation, Daisy Systems, Automatix Inc., and Computervision. In addition to his role on the Responsys Board, Mike is Chairman of the Board at Intrinsa and a member of the Board of Directors at Eloquent Software and Chronology Corporation. Mike holds a BSEE from the University of Maryland.
