It did spike in April. Unfortunately it's taken a dive since and it's back down to around 20K in June according to Compete.

Compete only has a rough estimate for CreateDebate. Looks like the site is directly measured by Quantcast. Looks like about 50K people per month with some huge spikes.

Check out the CreateDebate Blog statistics on Technorati, looks like some popular blog posts created the huge traffic bubble. Traffic appears to be growing at a sustainable rate.

Even according to Quantcast it looks like their unique visitor numbers haven't grown in June and July
