David Lebow is the CEO/President and co-founder of HyLighter, Inc. He is also the inventor of HyLighter. David received his Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Design from Florida State University in 1995. His research efforts have focused on design and development of computer-supported learning communities, and he has taught courses on alternative methods of teaching and learning.

Dale Lick, Vice President

Dale Lick, is the Vice President and co-founder of HyLighter, Inc. He is a former President of Georgia Southern University, University of Maine and Florida State University, and, most recently, a 'University Professor' in the Learning Systems Institute at Florida State University where he was involved with research on transformational leadership, change creation, learning organizations, distance learning, school improvement, educational technology, and collaborative document preparation systems. Included in over 50 national and international biographical listings, Dr. Lick is the author or co-author of seven books, more than 90 professional articles and proceedings, and 285 original newspaper columns.

Ben Minsk, Vice President of Sales Development

Ben Minsk has over 25 years of sales experience working in software and networking technology start-up companies. Prior to coming to HyLighter, Ben had worked for Solidcore Systems as a director for sales development. Previous work experiences included being one of the first salespeople hired at Wellfleet Communications. He also had been the first salesman hired for Priority Call Management and Acme Packet. All of the companies had successful financial outcomes either going public or being acquired in part due to Ben's efforts.

Gareth Taube, Marketing Advisor

Gareth Taube has 20 years of successful high technology marketing and management experience having been the CMO for five successful early stage companies, two of which became public companies. He has created successful brands for companies in the software tools, applications, networks and services markets, and has a track record of creating sustainable revenue growth through strong marketing execution. Mr. Taube runs Market Recognition; a marketing consulting firm specializing in developing market strategies for VC funded early stage companies.

Neil Ferris, Executive Chairman

Neil Ferris possesses over 30 years of high-technology leadership and experience in the formation of high technology start-up companies. Over the span of his career, Ferris has held the top post at multiple companies and has overseen a number of successful mergers. As the founder and chief executive officer of Fluent, Ferris led its growth from inception through its successful acquisition by Novell. During his tenure as chief executive officer at Netscheme, Ferris helped engineer its successful merger with Actuate Software. As president and chief executive officer of Giganet, a leading provider of network solutions, Ferris positioned Giganet for an estimated $650 million acquisition by Emulex Corporation. Earlier in his career he held senior management positions in the formation and growth stages of Data General and was a member of the founding team of Apollo Computer.
