Mythili is the tech junkie steering the ship. Having worked on many firsts like video-on-demand chips, digital answering machines, and Palm’s wireless OS, Mythili is a whole lot of everything – 100% executive, 100% mom, 100% cook and 200% Koollager! Prior to her much ‘kooler’ time at Koollage, Mythili was the Regional Director at the American India Foundation, the largest US-based foundation focused on India. Additionally, Mythili has held senior Product Management and Marketing positions at Fortune 500 companies and startups like Opsware, Palmsource, eVoice, Lucent and IBM, including research positions at prestigious research labs such as IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Center and AT&T Bell Labs. Mythili has a Masters Degrees in Electronics and Physics, completed all requirements for a Ph.D. in EE. She also completed the Executive Management Program at the Wharton School through the Global Leadership Program at AT&T.

Steve Rhoads, Lead Developer

Steve, our star developer, is making Koollage the most kickin’ site on the internet. Steve is committed to creating mobile-based applications for the ever-changing locations of today's mobile generation. After stints with companies like Cardiff, Verity, and Autonomy, working on everything from form processing products to federated search engines, Steve is happy to say that Java is now consuming his life – the beans, the bits and the bytes. But when he does find some time, he plans on immersing himself in the enlightenment that comes from “getting” lisp. Steve has a B.A. in Computer Science from Susquehanna University.

Geetha Murali, Director of Product Marketing

Although Geetha has amassed degrees in what would seem like every subject but Computer engineering, she has long been an addict of all things web. Prior to becoming ‘kool’, Geetha worked with pharmaceutical companies GlaxoSmithKline and Chiron as well as educational technology programs like the Digital Equalizer Program (American India Foundation) and Adobe Youth Voices (Adobe Systems Incorporated). Geetha has a M.S. from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and an M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California - Berkeley.

Geetanjali Paranjape, QA Manager

Geetanjali seeks perfection, which is probably why she has found her love of QA. With her strong experience in testing web-based applications, Geetanjali is a firecracker - coaching her team on best quality assurance practices 24x7. The trials of testing are made somewhat easier because she can bolt to her beautiful garden in search of serenity. If only we could all avail of this decompression mechanism -- her garden is heavenly! Be it during badminton tournaments, advanced yoga workouts, or as our QA superstar, Geetanjali is always going against the grain and challenging odds. This is probably why she thrives on writing counterscripts to Koollage, ensuring that we are always better than what we aim to be. Geetanjali has held positions with Niyuta, Inc. and SII Technologies and received her Master's Degree in Computer Science from Pune University.
