Jack Finlayson, CEO

Jack Finlayson joined Layered Technologies in 2007 as CEO, assisting the company with the high rate of growth they were experiencing. Finlayson is charged with the profitable growth of Layered Technologies for their next phase of expansion. Previously, Mr. Finlayson served for 6 1/2 years as President and COO of SAVVIS Communications, Inc. where he was an integral part of the SAVVIS IPO, the integration of Cable and Wireless America and the overall significant profitable growth of the SAVVIS business. Prior to SAVVIS, Finlayson held the positions of SVP at Global Crossing Inc. and Corporate VP and GM for the Americas and Asia Wireless Infrastructure Group at Motorola. Finlayson also held multiple executive positions in marketing, management and sales at AT&T.

Todd Abrams, COO & President

Todd leads the Layered Technologies team and oversees daily operations. Prior to founding Layered Technologies, he served as CEO and founder of FX-Directors� Solutions, a leading technology services company in the funeral services industry. At FX Directors� Solutions, Todd worked to build a solid technology and financial foundation that was acquired to form Aldor Solutions in late 2003. Previously, Todd served as Vice President of North American Operations for EDGE Technologies, a large wholesale computer component and white box system distributor. While at EDGE, Todd built the North American Operations and grew sales from $2 million to over $110 million within 2 years, while also establishing 8 U.S satellite locations. Earlier in his career, he worked for EDGE Internet Services Australia (EISA), an ISP that was publicly traded on the Australian Exchange. EISA aggressively grew in the US market by acquiring other ISP�s across North America.

Jeremy Suo-Anttila, CTO

Jeremy currently manages the Layered Technologies Advanced Technologies Group (ATS). ATS handles day to day operations of LT core systems, IP Network Architecture, Security, Abuse, C.S.R, Technical Services Group and New Product Development. Jeremy grew the data center at Layered Technologies from 0-9000 servers in 3 data centers. Prior to Layered Technologies, Jeremy was the director of Data Center operations for Aldor Solutions Corporation, an applications and web services company.

Doug Williams, CIO

As CIO of Layered Technologies, Doug focuses on organizational optimization, investment ROI, and information processing. He leads the company in systems design and development. Previously, Doug served as the Vice President of Information Technology for ClubCorp USA Inc., where he was responsible for the creation and execution of technology strategy and overall IT business services including joint venture operations and investments. Doug was the Systems Engineering Sr. Manager at GTE Business Development and Integration. He directed multiple teams of systems engineers and support personnel in the engineering, deployment and support for all strategic Microsoft products and corporate infrastructure services. Doug also spent time at Texas Instruments as the Sr. Manager of IT Services and products for the software business. Doug holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Dallas.

John Pozadzide, VP & CMO

John served in executive level positions for Cable & Wireless and SAVVIS Communications including positions as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Strategic Alliances. He has lectured on topics including Web hosting, Internet architecture, Internet security, professional selling and account management. In addition to a wide variety of corporate management programs, John studied Finance and Economics at the University of Texas at Dallas and completed programs offered at Harvard Graduate School of Business, Harvard Law School and the Disney Institute.

William Passer, Senior Vice President of Finance

As the Senior Vice President of Finance for Layered Technologies, William has over 10 years experience in the financial services sector, most recently having built a successful private investment banking practice in Florida. He spent 4 years with the Mergers & Acquisitions Group for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston in New York City, where he closed more than $1.5 billion of transactions. Prior to CSFB, he worked as an Associate in Legg Mason�s Structured Finance Group in Baltimore after a successful tenure as an Officer in Chemical Bank�s Real Estate Finance Group in New York City. William earned his MBA from The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jason Holloman, Vice President of Operations

As the Vice President of Operations for Layered Technologies, Jason has over 15 years of service management experience. Previously, Jason was a Program Director at Siemens Business Services, Inc. where he managed outsourced service provisioning for two Siemens divisions. From 1993 to 2002, Mr. Holloman was Director of Customer Support Services at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he held various positions of leadership that focused on managing IT services through building highly successful functional teams, utilizing industry best practices and focusing intensely on the customer. Jason holds a BS in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
