Ray Stata, Chairman

Ray Stata is a co-founder of Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), where he served as chief executive officer and now serves as chairman of the board. Upon his retirement as CEO, Stata began funding and directing new start-up ventures.

Mr. Stata has been an investor and board member at Nexabit Networks, a backbone router company; Libit, an Israeli cable modem company; and Epicon, a software distribution company. More recently, Stata was involved with Axsun, OmniGuide, TransChip, NeuroLogica, Deploy Solutions and Passave, a PON company located in Israel.

Mr. Stata stays active in the high tech industry and in public service. He is a founder and the first president of the Massachusetts High Technology Council and is currently a member of MHTC's board of directors. He is also a founder of the Center for Quality of Management and served as its chairman until 2006.

Mr. Stata holds a B.S. and M.S. in electrical engineering from MIT, is chairman of the Visiting Committee of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a member of MIT's executive committee. In 1984 he was elected a member of the MIT Corporation and now serves as a life member.

Mukesh Chatter, President and CEO

Mukesh Chatter has extensive entrepreneurial and management experience in starting and managing high-technology companies. In 1997 he founded Nexabit Networks, a highly successful terabit switch/router company which was acquired by Lucent Technologies in July of 1999. A noted systems architect, Mukesh invented the innovative, scalable, terabits per second switching fabric technology. Mukesh served as President and CEO of Nexabit. He subsequently was Vice President & General Manager of IP products at Lucent Technologies. Prior to Nexabit, his experience includes the design and development of networking equipment and supercomputers, and holds several patents in these areas. In year 2000, he founded Axiowave Networks, Inc. and was its President and CEO. Mukesh was a general partner at NeoNet LLC in 2005 and 2006, an investment firm focused on out-of-the-box innovative ventures including energy efficiency, Internet applications, and medical equipment.

He was chosen as one of the top ten entrepreneurs in 1999 by the Red Herring magazine. He was also named Rensselaer Entrepreneur of the Year 2001. Mukesh has received similar coverage in numerous prestigious publications over the years.

Mukesh currently serves on the boards of MachFlow, Inc. and NeoSaej. He is also on the advisory council of Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

He holds a master's degree in Computer & Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.

Rohit Goyal, VP Engineering

Dr. Rohit Goyal brings extensive experience in software engineering and product development to neoSaej. Before co-founding NeoSaej, he was director of engineering at Enterasys Networks, a secure networks company. Prior to Enterasys, he was director of software at Axiowave Networks, an innovative telecommunications startup. He also held engineering leadership positions at Nexabit Networks, which was acquired by Lucent Technologies.

Dr. Goyal has published over 20 papers in journals and at conferences, and has extensively contributed to standards in Internet protocols. He has served as guest editor of IEEE Communications Magazine special issues, and on several conference and review panels including the NSF Small Business Innovative Research program. He has one patent awarded in networking and three patents pending.

Dr. Goyal has M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Ohio State University, where he received both university and presidential fellowships. He holds a B.S in computer science from Denison University.

Bob Watterson, VP Bank Partnerships

After beginning his career in sales and sales management at Procter and Gamble, Bob Watterson moved to the banking industry in 1983 and worked for a PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance) company in the mortgage industry for 2 years.

In 1985, he founded First Financial, a mortgage company headquartered in the Boston area, where he originated mortgages with an innovative approach through corporate employee benefit programs. Later, the firm added a traditional mortgage sales force and originated loans throughout all of New England. In 2001, the firm was sold to the mortgage banking subsidiary of Staten Island Bank, where Watterson served as senior vice president and consultant through 2004.

Watterson has served on numerous mortgage industry boards, including the FMNA national advisory board, and Countrywide and GMAC/RFC wholesale advisory boards. He has been active in the mortgage industry and regulatory affairs, and has served as a board member and board chairman of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association. He was also a member of the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

Watterson graduated from Dartmouth College in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Damon Pender, CFO

Damon Pender has over 13 years of experience working with technology companies. He is responsible for the company's finance and regulatory issues, corporate matters, human resources, legal affairs, information technology and facilities.

Prior to joining neoSaej Corp., Pender was the vice president of finance for Voice Signal Technologies, Inc., a highly successful speech recognition company and worldwide leader in speaker independent speech technology. Pender joined Voice Signal in 2000 and played a key role in growing the business. Voice Signal Technologies was sold to Nuance Communications, Inc. in 2007. Prior to joining Voice Signal, Pender worked with PriceWaterhouse Coopers.

Damon graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 1994, earned a C.P.A. license in 1996 and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tom Ebling

With 20 years of experience in business management and software development, Tom Ebling has earned a reputation for driving growth and delivering shareholder value. Prior to leading Lattice Engines, Mr. Ebling was the Chairman and CEO of ProfitLogic, a leading provider of merchandise optimization solutions for retailers, which was acquired by Oracle in July 2005.

Prior to joining ProfitLogic, Tom served as CEO of Torrent Systems, a data warehousing infrastructure software company, which was acquired by Ascential Software in November 2001. Prior to his tenure at Torrent Systems, Tom spent 18 years at Marcam Solutions, where he began as employee number three and played a key role in every part of the business as the company grew, culminating in a role as Executive Vice President of Customer Operations. During this time, Tom helped grow Marcam through a successful IPO to become a $200 million company. Tom was also founder and president of Wyoming Software Design, which provided software customization services to construction companies.

Tom currently serves as a Director on the Boards of software companies VFA, Demandware NeoSaej and Akoya, Inc. He also serves as a Director of a non-profit, International Development Enterprises.

Tom received a B.A. degree Magna Cum Laude with Highest Honors in Mathematics from Williams College in Williamstown, MA. He also attended Harvard Law School in Cambridge, MA. Tom holds a patent for inventions in software related to Process Manufacturing at Marcam Corporation.

Priti Chatter

Priti is a successful entrepreneur and is currently general partner at NeoNet LLC, a capital investment firm. Previously she was co-founder of two technology startups, Nexabit Networks and Axiowave Networks in the telecom/networking space. Her first startup Nexabit was acquired by Lucent Technologies in 1999. Her primary focus was marketing and media communications; in addition to the wider responsibilities inherent in the startups including building teams and finance. She serves on the board of MachFlow, Inc. an energy efficiency company. Priti also serves as a trustee at the Nashoba Brooks School.

Priti graduated from Calcutta University with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry and holds a Masters in Administration from Boston College.
