Bill O'Farrell said that he was the only guy who could pull a PowerPoint presentation out of stone, so he got to be CEO. He claims to have done it before - he was co-founder and CEO of SpeechWorks, OpenAir.com, and the company that developed Adobe's AfterEffects, albeit that's all ancient history now.
