Moshe Bar, CTO
Moshe Bar is Qumranet's Chief Technology Officer and a Co-Founder.
Prior to founding Qumranet, Moshe was the CTO and a Co-Founder of XenSource, a leader in infrastructure virtualization solutions based on the open source Xen™ hypervisor. At XenSource Moshe led technology strategy, as well as research, development and engineering.
Prior to XenSource, Moshe co-founded Qlusters, Inc., a leading provider of Open Source data center provisioning and management software for physical and virtual environments. At Qlusters Moshe served as CTO, and led technology and product strategy. Prior to Qlusters, Moshe was a VP of Application Integration Products at Baan.
Moshe is the author of three books on Linux and open source development tools.
He is a one of the founders of Democritos, the Italian national institute for nuclear simulation. Moshe is a frequent speaker and lecturer and has taught computer science at Tel Aviv University. He also served as an advisor to the UN Atomic Agency.

Olivier Gachot, VP Sales
Olivier Gachot manages worldwide sales operations for Lombardi. Olivier Gachot has more than 20 years of sales, operations and management experience at global software and technology companies offering enterprise-level solutions.
Prior to joining Lombardi, Olivier was vice president, worldwide sales for Qlusters, a Palo Alto, Calif. provider of software to manage the Linux datacenter. He also held the position of senior vice president of sales and marketing at ePeople, a provider of customer interaction management solutions, was senior vice president, international operations for Actuate Corporation, and was president and chief executive officer for both Cosmosbay and Decalog. Olivier also held sales and sales management positions at Interleaf, Sybase and Digital Equipment Corporation.

John Cadeddu
Prior to joining DAG in 1999, John was a Managing Director at Amsterdam Pacific, an investment bank specializing in media and telecommunications. While at Amsterdam Pacific Corporation, John worked with BBU Mezzanine Fund I and BBU Mezzanine Fund II, where he sourced, supported and exited mezzanine investments across a number of industries. Previously, John worked at Octel Communications (now Lucent Technologies) and Tandem Computers (now H-P) in Marketing and Strategic Planning roles. He also worked at JP Morgan in both capital markets and corporate finance. John received a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. John led DAG II's investments into Raza Microelectronics, Agami, Tropos Networks, Qlusters, Centrata, Kovio, Pedestal Networks, Trapeze Networks, Topspin Communications, and Entrisphere. He also serves on the board at Trapeze Networks, Qlusters, Pedestal Networks and Entrisphere
