Sundeep Ahuja, Director Product/Partnerships & Co-Founder

Sundeep is Kiva's former Marketing Director, a role he filled from March of 2006 to June of 2007. He is currently co-founder of RichRelevance, a hosted automated merchandising engine for commerce sites. Sundeep also actively advises and consults for cause-oriented organizations in marketing and product capacities, leveraging product management experience from MySpace and eBay, finance experience from JPMorgan H&Q, and acting experience on several television shows. Sundeep holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Todd Pearson Joins richrelevance as Chief Customer Officer
Former PayPal executive to lead growth strategy and manage expanding client base

San Francisco, Calif. – June 4, 2008 – richrelevance™, the exclusive provider of next generation personalized
recommendations for eCommerce businesses, announced today the hiring of former PayPal executive
Todd Pearson as Chief Customer Officer to oversee all customer-facing operations including Sales
and Marketing. Pearson adds to an experienced retail executive team, led by CEO and founder David
Selinger, formerly the head of Amazon’s Personalization R&D group and a technology executive at
Overstock.com.

Pearson joins richrelevance after eight years at PayPal where he held key roles building several business
units and recently as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Pearson managed a team of 120 employees
and was responsible for $125M in revenue in 2007, selling to a full range of eCommerce merchants and
channel partners.

“I’ve been in ecommerce a long time, and very rarely does a company come along with this kind of
potential,” said Pearson. “When I saw first-hand that richrelevance is consistently delivering 10-20% sales

With more than twenty years of experience in sales management and strategic consulting, Pearson will

sites, ranging from small businesses to large-scale enterprise companies. Pearson is charged with
delivering on richrelevance’s commitment to total customer satisfaction while driving the growth and
success of richrelevance’s expanding customer and partner base.

Pearson received his MBA as a Sloan Fellow at the London Business School and his BA degree from

Ellen Siminoff

As part of the founding executive team, Ellen Siminoff had six adventurous years at Yahoo. During her tenure, she led business development (VP, Business Development and Planning), corporate development (SVP, Corporate Development) and eventually ran the small business and entertainment business units (SVP, Small Business and Entertainment). Before Yahoo!, Ellen worked for the Los Angeles Times as electronic classifieds manager, where she developed strategy and implemented the newspaper's own on-line businesses as well as a joint venture of Career Path with 5 newspaper companies. With her husband, David, Ellen founded EastNet, a global syndicate barter company distributing television programming to 14 emerging market countries in exchange for advertising time. Ellen has served on the board of directors for StubHub, an online ticketing marketplace, enabling customers to buy and sell tickets at fair market value to a vast selection of sporting, concert, theater and other live entertainment events, from 2005 until its acquisition by eBay in 2007. Currently, she serves on the board of directors for US AutoParts, an internet retailer with more than 550,000 top-rated discount car parts available in its comprehensive online inventory; BuildDirect, the world's leading online wholesaler of building materials; 4INFO, a utility for mobile phones providing users the means to search, discover, and receive relevant information and content; and Journal Communications, a diversified media and communications company with operations in publishing, radio and television broadcasting, telecommunications and printing services. Ellen graduated Stanford's Graduate School of Business with an MBA and has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.

David Strohm

David Strohm joined Greylock in 1980 and opened its west coast office in 1983. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Harvard Business School. Dave is on the board of AccelChip, AtHoc, CoWare, DoubleClick, EMC Corporation, Internet Security Systems, SuccessFactors, Tabula and Wily Technology. Dave also led Greylock's historic involvement with companies such as Forte Software (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Kiva Software (acquired by Netscape), Legato Systems (acquired by EMC), Decru (acquired by Network Appliance), Mentor Graphics, Mobile Automation (acquired by iPass), Net Effect Systems (acquired by Ask Jeeves) and Octane Software (acquired by Epiphany).
