Telik, Inc. Our most advanced development candidates are TELCYTA® (Canfosfamide HCl, TLK286), a novel cancer cell-activated chemotherapeutic for ovarian cancer and non-small cell lung cancer and TELINTRA® (Ezatiostat HCl, TLK199), for cytopenias due to myelodysplastic syndrome or chemotherapy.
We developed our product candidates through the use of our proprietary TRAP™ technology, which enables the rapid and efficient discovery of small molecule drug candidates. In addition to our internal drug development programs, we partner with select academic institutions and pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to apply TRAP™ to new drug development programs for a range of diseases.
