A: Anyone interested in finding out more information about startups and companies in our database, and follow general industry trends or news. Potential employees, partners, customers can all use TradeVibes to learn more about these companies before making critical decisions.

Q: Does it cost money to use TradeVibes?

A: TradeVibes is free, unlike many other services that offer startup and company information.

Q: How can I help to contribute to the TradeVibes community?

A: There are many ways for our users to contribute. You can contribute your opinion about our companies by answering our polls or expressing your bullish or bearish opinions about our companies. To help ensure the best news and discussions stay on the top of the page, you can contribute by voting for content you find relevant and helpful. You can also help by adding news or blog entries you find online about these companies. Last but not least, you can contribute by adding companies to our site or sharing new information about existing companies.

Q: How do you guarantee the information on TradeVibes is accurate?

A: Because TradeVibes acts like a Wiki, we cannot guarantee all the information posted on our site is accurate. However, our user base consists of many investors, entrepreneurs, and other company insiders. We rely on our community to monitor the accuracy of the information on our site to make sure we have a service that everyone finds useful.

Q: I noticed some information about a company that is incorrect, what should I do?

A: All registered users on TradeVibes can contribute their knowledge about companies in our database by adding or editing information. You should update the information so all of our community have access to the best information available.

Q: Who decides what companies are included in the TradeVibes directory?

A: You do! TradeVibes is a community driven platform where users are encouraged to contribute. If you are interested in seeing a private company listed, feel free to add it yourself, even if you may not have all of the information yet.

Q: I did not receive the confirmation email, what should I do?

A: If you have not received out confirmation after a couple of minutes, please first check your spam folder to see if your spam filter blocked our email. If it is not there either, you can report your issue by sending an email to help@tradevibes.com

Q: How do I add a company?

A: If you don't see a company in our directory, you can add it by clicking on the "Add a Company" button on our main Companies page. You will be prompted to enter the company name and URL, as well as your relationship to the company and a high level overview of what the company does. You can also add the company's logo, their key people, funding information, or a screenshot of their product. You may have to have all of this information ready before adding the company so you can finish it in one sitting.

Q: How do I make changes to a company?

A: You can add and edit information on our site by clicking on the "add" or "edit" links on our company profiles. There's also a way to view what changes have been made and revert back to previous versions by clicking on the "Revision History" link.

Q: What are TrV points?

A: TrV points is short for TradeVibes points. TrV points is a way TradeVibes recognizes contributors to our community. TradeVibes users can earn TrV points by contributing to the community by adding or editing companies, adding opinions, news articles, or discussions. Different points are awarded based on both the quantity and quality of the activity.
