Carol Snell

Carol Snell's career highlights include co-founder of Aspect Communications, CEO of two early-stage startups, executive of a global communications company, and board chairman for venture-backed startups. Ms. Snell's various responsibilities included sales, marketing, customer care, and general management in the telecommunications and contact center market space.

Ms. Snell co-founded Aspect Communications, a leading provider of call distribution systems and services, in 1985 where she was responsible for managing Aspect's entry into international markets as Senior Vice President and Managing Director. Later, Ms. Snell spent two years as Senior Vice President at Lucent's Octel Messaging Division. She was also CEO of two early-stage contact management software companies. In addition to her board seat at Siperian, Carol is Director of the Board at Nuasis, a next generation call center systems provider and a Director for Voxify, an early stage enterprise software company delivering voice-automated self-service systems.

Ms. Snell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina and an Executive MBA from Stanford University.
