Jimmy Wu is Chairman and CEO of Dragonvision International Corp. Founded by Jimmy in 1995, Dragonvision is an international business consultancy and private equity investment business specializing in international finance, investment and international business relations.

In addition to consulting and investment, Dragonvision organizes and hosts high level, exclusive events in the US and China. The most notable are the CEO summits (2005 and 2006) in Beijing and Shanghai in conjunction with His Royal Highness Prince Michael of Kent and the UK delegation visiting China and the Beijing Night (2000, 2002) and Taipei Night (1997-2002) events held in Las Vegas.

In 1986 Jimmy co-founded Microstar Computer Technology, Inc. Microstar grew to become one of the largest IT solution and service providers on the West Coast with an annual revenue over $40 million. Jimmy sold his interest to an investment group in January 1990.

Through his investment and advisory services Jimmy serves as Chairman or member of the Board of Directors of several high tech companies, including GX Media Inc., Lithium Technologies, FS Media Inc., Infolist, Inc., EAP Inc. among others. Mr. Wu was Chairman or board director of Medi Inc. (one of the leading Health Insurance claim processors in US; sold to Medifax Inc (now WebMD) in March 2003), KillerApp Inc. (the leading Internet Price Searching provider; sold to CNET in 1999), MyGroupbuy (group purchasing based on patented technology), LiloLinux (a joint venture with Acer, Inc.) among others. Mr. Wu also is advisor to several funds and investment companies in Asia.

Jimmy holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California. He received his B.S. in Engineering Science from National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan in 1983, where he graduated first in his class.
