Mark McAndrews

A founding EVP principal, Mark McAndrews has over 25 years of financial management experience, particularly with network infrastructure, software platforms, applications, gateways and tools, and terminals and components. Prior to Ericsson Venture Partners, McAndrews was the COO for Merrill Lynch’s Global Investment Banking Division, where he also served as chief administrative officer and CFO. From 1998 to 2001, McAndrews was president of Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, where he oversaw the management of two private equity funds totaling $700 million. He also served on the investment committee of Merrill Lynch’s Technology Venture Capital Fund, whose investments included Vitria, Netro, Backweb, Vitesse, Metawave, Calico, and Emulex. McAndrews holds a master’s in accounting and finance from NYU and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Yale University. (More information is available at evp.com.)
