TriNet Promotes Mike Triantos to Vice President of Sales
Triantos has Built Successful National Sales Organization and Driven TriNet’s Sales Growth in New Markets

SAN LEANDRO, Calif. (July 18, 2006) -- TriNet, a nationwide provider of human resource (HR) outsourcing services for small and mid-sized companies, today announced the promotion of Mike Triantos to the post of Vice President of Sales. Since joining TriNet in 1999, Triantos has played an integral role in developing TriNet’s sales strategy, including building its national offering, hiring its top performers, and enhancing year-over-year sales productivity. Triantos has also played a key role in TriNet’s marketing and channel strategy, helping drive its push into venture capital and other financial industries, and preparing the entire organization for large-scale expansion in the medium-sized market.

“Building a first-class sales team has been a top priority for TriNet. Our total HR service solutions demand a highly experienced and hands on sales force and Mike has built the best in the industry,” said Martin Babinec, President & CEO. “Over the years, Mike has developed a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record to deliver exceptional results for TriNet and its customers.”

Triantos joined TriNet from the Maxim Group, an IT staffing and consulting company and a division of the Allegis Group, where he was instrumental in deploying IT solutions (web applications, e-commerce, and call center technologies) to Fortune 500 and start-up technology companies. Prior to Maxim Group, Triantos held sales management positions at Gincig & Associates, a Financial Service firm based in Southern California.

“TriNet has achieved what many companies continually struggle to do—provide proven HR technology and infrastructure that result in an ever expanding base of successful and satisfied customers,” said Mike Triantos, Vice President of Sales at TriNet. “I look forward to leading the TriNet sales organization and continuing to prepare both its staff and services for rapid expansion into the small and medium-sized marketplace.”

TriNet has previously acquired the customer assets of the E3 Group in Texas, as well as books of business from ALTRES in Hawaii and HR Logic in Boston. TriNet also received a substantial investment from General Atlantic partners, a leading private equity firm with approximately $10 billion under management, in July of 2005.
