Woody Marshall

Woody is a Managing Director of Trident Capital, a leading venture capital firm with over $1.2 billion of capital under management. Woody joined Trident Capital in 1996 as a Principal and has been a Managing Director since 1998. In this role, he focuses on the payments, interactive travel and communications technology markets. From 1992 to 1994, he was an Associate with the Leveraged Capital Group of Banque Paribas. Earlier in his career, Woody was a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance department of Chase Manhattan Bank, where he specialized in merchant banking transactions. Woody is also on the Board of Everypath, Merchant eSolutions, MegaPath Networks and XATA Corporation (NASDAQ: XATA). Woody received a bachelor's degree from Hamilton College and a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
