Quantcast vs. Compete vs. Alexa - which do you trust more?

I like the fact that TradeVibes shows metrics from Quantcast, Compete, and Alexa, since none of them are perfect. Which one do you prefer? Which one do you trust more?
I find the Alexa a bit hard to read since it's in relative percentage, but I like the fact that I can change the time frame. Compete is nice because you can look at different metrics (visitors vs. page views),...
